Wouöd it have to be mistakenly or could the mix up be intentional?

I don't know about the labeling part, for now the scenario I'd have in mind for this would be something like 2 girls of different ethnicity, and/or skincolor (like all those unnatural colored eq - girls I've done recently) and/or maybe even different age. Some combination that would make it easy to discern what belong to whom without any extra hints.

Yeah, that will have to be a composite image(s) for sure and most likely take tons of inpainting. So there wouldn't be any sensible metadata in the end anyways. But would that be a problem?
