If you want something, but it doesn't exist, MAKE IT YOURSELF. At least that's what people like me have been doing, spending all those times and effort. If you don't want to spend time on it, PAY someone else to do it for you. It's that simple. There are actually plenty of male gore images in places like Pixiv or Danbooru, hell even the /g thread in gurochan. You can use these as training data to make a male guro LoRA you want.
