I use Hesperides based on ILXL v1.0 to create high-res images without upscaling, and it works pretty well. These images were made using that setup, too. It generally works well as long as the base model doesn't have a very distinct style (like realistic models).

Also, those four triggers influence the style. You can find comparisons with Lana's Mother on Civitai. Guro tags work well even without the style tags, but the style tags can affect how specific features are rendered, like the amputee sections.
