Sorry for the late reply, was away for a while... The impaling pics (like any of my stuff) were made with Forge. Most of the impalement pics were done with the base model knk-Luminai (https://civitai.com/models/997160/knk-luminai) and various impalement Loras (most of which are experimental and not yet available for download at the moment)
