hey my guy not to shoot you down or anything but I took a look at this file and most of these can be attained through prompting without the need of a lora. Something like "wide-eyed, pain face, constricted pupils, foaming at the mouth, drooling, screaming". You can play with other tags too but they'll get you pretty consistent results.
