I tried everything at once:
slit throat, cut throat, cutting throat, slash throat

And the same with 'neck'.

Additional general tags for guro content:
guro, gore, snuff, ryona

Works best für inpaint in the neck area. But usually takes several tries.

Sometimes Loras suppress these tags. Remove Loras and inpaint strictly the neck to work around this problem.
