My workflow for the image you linked:

I created a picture of one character being restrained on a chair. I then removed the head and limps with inpainting. The impaled head I did separately with a monochrome background, so it is easy to cut out. I combined the two in one picture and mirrored it for the second character. I 'painted' over the mirrored version with the other characters Lora.
This all works with the Hassaku-Illustrious checkpoint. Like I said before... surprisingly good at gore.
Only the cross-sections of the severed limps were improved with the style Lora I linked above.
