Some guy asked form Charlotte in comments on pixiv, so here is Charlotte. I was hesitant about doing her, becuase i stopped playing just before Fontaine released, so i have no knowledge about characters that were added after that, but i read the wiki and learned that she is a journalist, and immidiatelly got an idea for a scene.
