and i don't think it is a good idea to post too realistic pic on GuroChan.
Just try the module of iLustmix or PerfectDeliberate. Some other module also work.
With your loras, mr_kurz:0.6,ayaswan:0.2.
Other character lora is not very necessary.
The most important thing is, Using draft mode. If the draft of the module perform terrible, try CFG less than 3, step less than 14.(This may be counterintuitive, but actually both keep the quality of module and the action from lora).
Besides your tags,add guro tags found from Danbooru, such as "rope_around_neck" "intestines" "disembowelment", believe me that works and can be scaled by your loras."detailed face" or "detailed katana" are always useful.
Some results have good pose but bad quality, however they are drafts.Then start a face_fixing or img2img workflow to improve the quality.
While img2img, turn the weight of mr_kurz less than 0.2,10 steps only,denoise less than 0.35. Otherwise it affact the face a lot.
