I think the best way to approach it is to find generate an image with a nice composition and use that as a base for the AI to edit some brains or open skull, afterwards hope the AI understands wtf the instructions are for the video generation part.

I had some luck with cum effects last night, might try it on this video clip by using the last frame to extend the video duration by another 5-10 seconds.
