I also suggest you change the trigger word from mouth decap to something else next time. Since I discovered that I have much higher success rate for generating this concept when I add "mouth" to the negative prompt. Meaning that "mouth" word in mouth decap is triggering the model to draw a complete mouth, which is fighting against the idea of "mouth decap"(removal of the lower jaw).
