Possibly but without LORAs it might not be too anatomically accurate since AI models are actually quite dumb in terms of displaying details. It will probably get the movement correct but it will be janky.

Also an update: I was messing around and forgot to make a backup of my workflow so the prompts and settings are all messed up. I'm going to use the opportunity to test a few new things but there will be a short drought.
