Use inpainting if you want higher details on cross-section, the model only focusing on the masked area to redraw during inpainting. You can also draw on the cross-section beforehand to define the muscle, bone, fat, trachea ect., then inpaint the area with low denoise value so the model will use your "guidance" for redrawing.
