Actions like hits are rather hard to do because model likes doing things slow and smooth. I am still looking how to make it do quick stuff like hitting a nail or chopping something.

maybe I will need to train some lora for that
but also the most effective way is to give it start and end image and ask to fill in
so if you could make image with hammer up and her balls squashed I could try to animate that
or anything else with some difference between images
resolution is rather limited by GC file size limit as it accepts only webm
