You cant really generate story with AI it is too unpredictable

you need to either draw a doodle and let it transform it into anime or real or use 3d and do same.

Also useing qwen image edit works, s you can take some image of girls and say put a snake on her neck make her expression like choking. etc
You can draw a line how to coil the snake too

if you talks about text stories then it is different thing of course but you cant go for any open LLM service it will be censored even if model itself allows it.
