This is exactly what I have been doing with img2img. My first experiments were with a few favorite guro images and an avatar my partner created. It's been difficult to rework photographs.

I tried to make a photo of my partner be more bukkake-tastic, but struggled a lot to get any good results. I might try again. I took some photos of myself using a severed head sex toy I own made of TPE and got something ok with one photo, and struggled to keep the gen stable with the next. It's been a lot of work getting anything out of it. The AI very much wants to either generate nonsense or make it's own unrelated picture to what you're asking for.
