I think our policy is already clear and reasonable. Realistic AI is b& regardless of the level of nudity or "age" (we also never moderate based on characters' "age").
Directly hosting them here is a legal liability we don't want to take on, but you may upload to anywhere else on the internet & link them here (like below).

What exactly is deemed as realistic AI is a little up to moderators' discretion, but generally, if a directly hosted image/video is not immediately possible to tell from real media, it's to be deleted. But again, you may use third party file hosts for sharing realistic content
