GGUF with higher quants are more precise, I find Q4 and below models like to 'make up stuff'.

That said don't beat yourself up about facial controls, because lack of facial control is a known weakness of the wan2.2 model. Sometimes you can RNG it by generating the videos several times and hope you get lucky with the details in one of them.
