I have tried a few times, but I wasted alot of generations that kept adding a 2nd head to the body or kept facing the head the wrong way. I don't like inpainting since it always leaves visible seams for me. I may have to do a doodle to guide the image.

DarkAngel's elf series are some of my favorites. I may give it a few more attempts this weekend.
