I actually did manage to get stabbing to work but only on 3D/realism content and not 2D (yet). Required very specific type wording, I only did a small handful at the time but here's one example.

No music. Her head is stabbed with a dagger, the dagger is held by a POV male's hand, the POV hand releases grip of dagger and exits to right sided frame after stabbing the woman, a smooth rounded handle is visibly attached to her wound, blood gushes out and she begins to bleed violently.

With the handle now attached to her face, she then falls to her knees and begins breathing heavily and moaning and gasping with parted lips, her top slips off, then she slumps face down and slams against the tile floor with a meaty sounding SMACK as her face becomes hidden from view.
