Many times when I attempted stabbings such as this, it almost always had the blade sticking out afterward, instead of the handle, and is extremely annoying how it happens basically every time (I'm a real nitpicker, even if generating snuff slop). AI image generating often does this too, unless you have a specific lora trained, and I guess its just a universal AI problem (same with generating too many/few fingers).

As seen in the previous example, I had to be overly specific about the handle and eventually I found the correct words to make it work. It also often wanted the hand to let go of the knife even if I didn't want it to, resulting in a sharp/reversed handle every time. So I had to basically figure it out no matter what, rather than avoid, if I wanted non-silly results. Took many days!

After I figured it out, then I realized I could adapt this into other prompts for sharp projectile related deaths; throwing knives and daggers, arrows, spears, darts, etc.

The woman is lurking and sneaking around an enemy base, walking very slowly and quietly and carefully making sure that she does not get caught, she breathes heavily and intensely with alluring panting, on the surface she appears confident and calm but underneath she is anxious and worried and uncertain while looking and aiming her gun at her surroundings.
 
Then suddenly her head is punctured by a flipping throwing knife from the left frame, it stops spinning on impact and becomes a handle, knife disappears from view while handle pokes outward, she yelps "Anh!!" while collapsing to the ground sideways on her side instantly with head heavily tilted and DIES, she drops her gun with a CLANK on the hard floor, a very smooth rounded handle is visibly attached to her head wound while blood gushes out and she begins to bleed violently.

She falls to the ground on her side instantly, and then her body remains paused and motionless as the rounded handle continues being stuck to her head, camera slowly zooms towards her cleavage as blood drips down body.
