To be quite honest whenever I get interesting motions like in my example, and like what you described, its entirely pure chance. Its extremely hard to purposefully make the AI do interesting types of deaths when falling down, mostly because its hard to convey it into words a way for the AI to understand.

The bloody deepwound hole remains visible inbetween her widely opened dead eyes with bleeding down her face and cheek, very tiny transparent dark tan of water slowly drips with rising steam underneath where she sits.
