Neck snapped with loud crack sound, the orc continues gripping her in a tight headlock without moving and her body briefly jerks and twitches with dangling arms and shivering thighs, she then becomes motionless with her dead expression staying exactly the same way and tongue slightly drooping out of her opened mouth, her widened eyes remain completely open and entirely stiff without motion.

Soon after her death, the orc releases his grip which drops her corpse and she instantly falls forward quickly down to the ground hard with upper front body hidden from view, her shoulder blades are visible as well as her and lower back as she lays facedown on the ground DEAD with her face entirely hidden from view, and then the orc loosens his pants which drops to his ankles and reveals his boxers which have small heart shapes pattern.
