For the past month they've been experimenting with longer vids (10 seconds) which would have a random chance of happening.

But as of yesterday it is now a selectable option to choose from, so it seems they've finished testing it! They have also added 720p as a selectable option too, which I am assuming is the same as if you were to upscale the video afterward (I haven't tested yet).

However, it should be noted that if you choose either of those two options then it'll increase the limit amount that the generation takes up for the day... even if it gets moderated.
