I also didn't notice at first since I have SuperGrok but yes evidently those two options are only available if you have it. I decided to start getting SuperGrok due to the amount a free user can generate beginning to get more and more limited I've noticed. Now its worse than ever I think...

The orc continues crushing her head in-between his two green hands while she moans in pain, her head soon begins to shake and tremble while bleeding from her nose and eyes, her head begins to get thinner and thinner as her eyes slowly bulge out wider, she screams briefly one last time: "Ouaeaarrghh!"

SUDDENLY the orc closes his hands together with palms touching as her head is crushed inward while her face gets completely squished from the strong green hands, SNAPCRACKLECRUNCH sound as her head IMMEDIATELY explodes into gore as it becomes crushed with splatters of gory chunks and misty red blood, her entire head completely disappears from view leaving behind a bloody neck stump and her body begins to tremble and shiver, one bloodied dislocated eyeball falls out of her face downward from her crushed remains and lands inbetween her cleavage before rolling off and falling out of frame entirely, her body briefly jerks and twitches and then her arms slump downward dangling arms at her sides.

Bloody gore and pink globs of goo are all thats left in-between the orc's two green hands which remain closed and touching together, disgustingly gruesome sounds of gurgles and squirts are heard from her neck stump.

Camera slowly zooms towards her navel as blood continues dripping down her cleavage.
