Here is an example of both 10-seconds & 720p selected. 720p is slightly better quality compared to an upscaled low-quality video.

But it is also risky because it takes up alot of your daily quota (which is a hidden amount that you can only take guesses about). So if it fails due to moderation, or you get a crappy result, then that really sucks so I likely will be using the 720p option very rarely unless I'm sure it wont get wasted.
