If yer wondering, I developed an Illustrious LoRA to try and do internal x-ray views of the heart, veins and bones; it's not exactly foolproof, but I think if I wanted to get the heart even better I'd need to somehow develop a heart-focused ADetailer...and I haven't got a bloody clue how to do *that* level of madness. Not even sure my machine's capable of ADetailer training!
