Maybe the idea of "realistic" is evolving into meaning not just a bit of photorealism, but so realistic that one might have to seriously wonder if they were seeing truly real torture and snuff videos?

I'm sure it has nothing about it being a woman hanged. Even if a lot of the people who hang (pardon the pun) out here tend to fanatasize mostly about female victims (even among the fans who are female themselves), we're equal opportunity pervs here.
