Its been awhile since I've shared any Grok tips but here's one that often works good for flat chested girls since Grok has an annoying habit of growing them large randomly which is dumb.

Write the prompt as if they were male basically, but written balanced enough so that they dont actually become a male (the source art has a factor too of course). Sometimes I've even used this technique to get nudity to work on uploaded images (flat chest only of course), but still tricky/annoying.
