it seems the longer my prompt gets the more likely grok's moderator will step in. I was getting good results refining this one then once it seemed dialed in I started getting moderated like 80% of the time.

Another orc comes up behind her from off-frame and hits the back of her head with his fist, the fire spell from her staff disappearing and she drops her staff and stumbles forward, she screams with pain and wobbles unsteadily and falls forward down to the ground. More orcs enter from off-frame and the orcs punch her mercilessly on the ground, beating her. She screams in agony the whole time. At the end one orc viciously stomps his foot down on her head a single time, the impact smashing her head in with a spray of blood and gore under the orc's foot that splatters around the scenery.
