To cut, I used Lora's Cut Anything at 0.15.
I think it will probably work without it though.
I replaced "blood" with "red water" or "red ink" and used that as a prompt.
Something like "Red water spurts out from one of the incisions."
I used the ComfyUI-PainterI2V node.
