Combined one of my prompts with what you did here, and results have been pretty good!

Lady drops her revolver and then acts cute and flirty while sliding her hands very slowly across her collarbone and sliding under her dress while revealing peeked toned navel, orange hair with front hairstrands in-between her blue eyes.

Then POV shotgun appears from bottomright frame and shoves the barrel in her mouth, staying there for a tense moment as she gasps with slightly open mouth and whimpers while begging for mercy, she says: "No don't, please! I'll do ANYthing!", she raises her hands in front of her while blushing and pointing at her own cleavage as she begins to pull down one of her dress straps, one of her large breasts pops out with nipple slip as fear is seen in her widened eyes.

Suddenly the shotgun fires once with a flash and loud bang while her head instantly has inflicted large gaping hole all the way through through it and the woman's head rips in half unevenly down the middle with an explosion of blood and gore, the two halves of her head split apart from each other and fall down to her shoulders and pulped up bits of gore spill out of the inside of her head, the rest of her head's inside is a meaty gory mess as a few energetic spurts of blood squirt up from the divide between halves of her head her split head heavily tilts backward with body immediately and instantly collapsing hard against the ground while breasts subtly bounce and jiggle, arms outstretched to her sides as her body slowly slumps backward lying on ground with spread legs entirely outstretched with blue thong peeked underneath her blue dress.

In the end, while her head remains completely split, hardcore metal guitar riffs begin playing as faintly transparent darktan water slowly forms within the fabric of her lower tight blue thong with rising steam.
