The woman jolts in fear at the knife's appearance while her eyes stare horrified at the oncoming blade, POV righthand continues gripping the knife's handle from the rightside, and then brutally jams the blade of knife into her by violently puncturing leftmost side of neck with upper sliver of blade hidden from view underneath her jawline as she yelps, and then bloodily slashes edge of blade left-to-right slowly slicing into her jugular while horizontally leaving behind a thin deepwound cut across her throat, POV righthand eventually finishes sliding knife's blade to rightmost end of her neck before suddenly slashing the knife outward toward right until POV righthand is entirely out of view while an arched spray of blood splatters onto the bed behind her as she grunts and groans in pain: "Aahn.. bleegh.. aarrggh", POV lefthand continues gripping the top of her hair tightly as she continues coughing and gurgling while making various other disgusting bodily noises from her cut throat as she is no longer able to speak and can only make sounds of bloodcurdling yelps and squishy noises as tip of blood-covered tongue slowly begins poking outward, and then POV lefthand releases grip to let go of her head.

POV lefthand leaves view and exits leftside frame, blood spurts and gushes from her neck as she continues to cough and gurgle, unable to breath while wheezing, her eyes stare widely upward upturned in shock while her body jerks and spasms briefly as it goes limp and collapses forward, her head slams down onto the floor hard as her face becomes hidden from view, her body becomes completely motionless and dead as blood spurting from her severed neck creates a pool of blood that spreads across underneath her.
