Okay it seems they've relaxed the uploads now. It'll at least upload most pictures I throw at it now instead of just giving me a 'server not responding error'. But the UI experience is still weird to get it to do video.

Basically you have to click on the original image you uploaded, switch it to video mode, enter the prompt, and hit enter. Then it will open in a video section on the upper right hand corner that you have to click into to see its progress.

The image section will still continue showing until you switch the view. Very strange.
