You can occaisionally get some guro-like images but not very accurate or consistently. That was in the old flux models, not really tried with 'manticore' as much though. Maybe there are some image instructions that could improve it too but I don't know them.

As for Loli it cant even seem to generate images of small breasted adults, atleast for the more photorealistic ones. Maybe the anime ones can get closer but I dont have much experience with them.
