It's had the restriction that characters under 18 can't be involved in situations where they are described having sex. I remember the message it sent being something like "the scenario is likely to involve minors in sexually explicit situations" or some such.

You can still have people who are, for all intents and purposes, under age, so long as you give a plausible reason for why they're actually at least 18.

You could create a world where some girls just look like that, and they act accordingly.

I had good results with telling the model (in world creation) that some girls have chemically stunted growth to appear within a certain age, and that they act the age they appear, and the model would even tell me their apparent age when describing the sexual acts they were involved in. It probably helped that my character was in an 18+ location - a bdsm club - but if you include "everyone I encounter is at least 18 years old" in the world prompts, you shouldn't have any problems, so long as the model doesn't "forget" that
