Yes, as far as I know, these are all made in Grok. I know mine are. I think CD may have posted a few from another source, but he hasn't done so in a while.

Being someone who literally just started using Grok about 3 days ago, the best set of instructions is literally this thread. Go back to the beginning, and try to learn form the prompts these guys have been generous enough to share.

I've also been sharing what I've been doing as a beginner as well, for what that's worth.
