It probably doesn't help that I think in Culler's Quota I have it specified that girls as young as 16 are eligible. Setting it lower made it harder to get past the censor at the time. Now it's impossible to get anything through that explicitly includes sex and violence combined so I can't update it. You might be able to update the world yourself and just change that one word to whatever age you want and see if that helps
