Ha ha! Yup. My guess is that its a fight between the mod bot, and it trying to give you what you want, and that's the best compromise it can arrive at, without COMPLETELY denying your request.

I mean, you could sit there re-prompting and wasting rate limits for days, or accept it and move onto something new. I just choose option b, because getting Mod Botted OVER AND OVER AND OVER, gets exhausting.
