Yeah pure speculation but I'm guessing whatever prompt that gets negative feedback goes into review, and maybe gets looked at by humans which then obviously gets flagged out by what we're trying to generate 💀

Let us know if that prompt you were using suddenly stops working and gets immediately moderated at some point to test out this theory
