I've seen the upscaler show up before, but I think it may only work for the a 10 second or less clip, because any of the ones I have that are above 10 seconds, it don't give me the option to upscale. If that were an option, I would create everything in 480 just like CD does, because of all the benefits he's expounded on. Quicker render time, better shot at skirting moderation, and less counted towards the rate limit, but it doesn't appear to be an option for me.

My guess is that after 10 seconds, it gets to a point that it won't just upscale what's already there, but it may begin to recreate what happens in the video as well, so they may just eliminate the option to avoid pissing people off. Just a guess.
