Another thing I think they're doing, ya know when it hit's that 16% rate, and seems to stop, then SLOWLY starts building out to 99%. I'm convinced it's already 100% decided the video isn't going through, and just letting the additional processing happen to get you rated out quicker. I don't think it was doing that when I first signed up, but I'm getting a lot more of the momentary 16% freezes than I used to.
