Oh... Almost impossible. At first, you've mentioned not one image, but a whole story. It's very hard to maintain consistency between the images, like, face and body similarity, etc.
Secondly, AI isn't able to capture some details, and certain plots can be pure hell to create (need to photoshop them together from dozen of pieces). Especially, laying bodies, reversed heads, etc.
Thirdly, my hardware is pity enough to do such advanced work (generation attempts are very slow), it probably will take weeks.

So, the plot you've mentioned is more for pure 3D stack, not for 3D+AI. That is having another difficulties.
