At the moment, I do not have dataset of torturing because there are only few torturing images with anime style.

If I am you, then I will start collecting the 3DCG images of torturing.
There are plenty of them at gurochan, e-hentai, etc.
Perhaps converting the 3DCG images to illustration style with i2i might be a good idea (can be a bad idea. Not sure).
You can also create your own with 3DCG. HoneySelect, Koikatsu etc.
