Mate, this is an issue that can be fixed with a simple outpainting in a few seconds. The real bad part in this image is the severed neck, it looks bad and its blood is too thick to be realistic, but if I inpaint it will look even worse because that part will be less detailed and cheap. That's the curse of ultra realistic generations.
