Yes, that is better. I'd say as a piece of art it is almost perfect.
("almost" 'cause I don't believe that 100% exists, always some room for improvement.)

>Mate, this is an issue that can be fixed with a simple outpainting in a few seconds.
Not sure, if this is true for any and all of the other AI engines. Man, I'm still trying to scrape together enough $ for a machine and do it myself.
Meanwhile trying to keep up with the information. Don't want to do that online and with all the censorship it's crap anyway.

>The real bad part in this image is the severed neck, it looks bad and its blood is too thick to be realistic [...]
not convinced. depending on how long ago the head was severed, the blood might have coagulated to a point where it looks like that.
The neck itself looks unrealistic, but not bad. (a bit of unrealistic doesn't have to be a bad thing, see below)

>That's the curse of ultra realistic generations.
In my opinion , that is realistic enough. Don't try to make it look absolutely real. Please read these:

At the moment your work is great art. If you succeed in creating something that can not be distinguished from the real thing anymore,
it crosses a line. And it does not necessarily make it better art in my opinion. But that is a matter of taste.
If you do, upload elsewhere and post just a link on GC, please.

>I beg forgiveness to the post author, I'm polluting his great thread with my slop, I love your work.
Me too, to all the above with the exception that I don't consider Anons content to be slop.
