this is not because some special settings, it's because of the model checkpoint, if you use "krea2_turbo_fp8_scaled.safetensors" even with blood\gore lora it will not work. you need to download uncensored checkpoint first, and this model is hot right now, it was updated again just few days ago. these models are publicly available here:

also because this model is pretty new, old Comfy will not work, you need to download latest up to date comfy first, i recommend do it in separate folder, keep your old one too because new comfy may mess up old workflows and custom nodes.
