Just gotta think like AI. A spear is a long stick with a sharp point bit on it. You asked for a spear, not a long stick, so it shows you the point to prove it's a spear and ends up drawing it backwards. So don't ask for a spear, ask for someone impaled by a long staff. If the spear tip is hidden anyways it may as well just be a stick to the AI.

You could probably force pencils to be the correct direction by mentioning the eraser. Same deal.
