The short version is that it looks for common strings of characters in the various text fields in the world json and replaces them with tracked item reference calls. Then it makes all the tracked items as well as a trigger to fill all the tracked items on game start. The trigger needs to be conditional on something, so there's one extra tracked item that has my screen name in it to give it a technically failable condition that auto succeeds. But because the moderation system doesn't realize that the trigger will auto-fire, it doesn't check what it will do and just looks at the instructions as is which is a bunch of gibberish.
