As for your question—so you want to see pictures of bellies that have been stitched shut? Or bellies that have been refilled? Well, those pictures do exist. Posts no. 162, 161, 152, 149... Spit-roast: posts no. 146, 139...

There are plenty of images showing that the abdominal wall has been opened. Besides, this is about fantasy, not inspiration for actual slaughter.
